Terms and Conditions for Rudra Luxury Car Rental
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Rudra Luxury Car Rental. By booking a rental vehicle with us, you agree to the following terms:
1. Booking & Payment
Advance Payment: A non-refundable advance payment is required to secure your booking.
Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid on or before the car’s arrival on the event date. Full payment is required before the start of the journey.
Additional Charges: Any extra charges incurred for exceeding the agreed-upon kilometers or hours must be settled before the return journey. These will be calculated based on the forward journey.
2. Time & Distance Calculation
Calculation Basis: Time and distance are calculated from the garage to the garage. If calculation from the pickup point is preferred, this will be communicated in advance.
Pre-Determined Charges: Rates vary by car and include:
Minimum per hour charge: ₹500
Minimum per kilometer charge: ₹50
Additional Charges After Limit: Charges apply once the pre-determined time or distance limit is exceeded.
3. Additional Costs
Toll Tax & Parking Fees: The customer is responsible for paying toll taxes and parking fees as per actual receipts.
4. Service Restrictions
Air Conditioning: AC services are not available in hilly areas.
Accurate Information Required: Customers must provide correct contact information, pickup, and drop-off locations. Rudra Luxury Car Rental is not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect information.
Prohibited Activities: Speed racing, competitions, towing, or pushing other vehicles are strictly prohibited during the rental period.
5. Service Amendments
Vehicle Replacement: In the event of car damage or any unforeseen incident before the arrival, a replacement vehicle will be provided. If the customer does not agree to the replacement, a refund of the advance payment will be issued.
6. Driver’s Right to Cancel
The driver has the right to cancel the service if the customer:
Requests any actions that involve breaking traffic rules or laws.
Engages in consumption of alcohol, smoking, or use of abusive language within the vehicle.
Requests overloading beyond the allowed passenger capacity.
Insists on taking unsafe routes.
7. Customer Responsibility
Personal Belongings: Customers are responsible for their personal belongings. Rudra Luxury Car Rental disclaims liability for any lost items but will assist in recovery if notified in a timely manner.
Delays in Car Arrival: Rudra Luxury Car Rental is not responsible for any losses due to delays in car arrival or departure. Customers may seek alternative services if our vehicle does not arrive on time.
8. General Provisions
Amendments to Terms: Rudra Luxury Car Rental reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes.
Acceptance of Terms: By booking with Rudra Luxury Car Rental, the customer agrees to all terms and conditions mentioned above.
