Refund Policy for Rudra Luxury Car Rental

At Rudra Luxury Car Rental, we aim to ensure a smooth experience for our customers. Below is our refund policy, which outlines our approach to cancellations and refunds.

1. Advance Payment and Refunds

Non-Refundable Advance: The advance payment required to confirm a booking is generally non-refundable, as it reserves the vehicle exclusively for you.

Refunds for Service Amendments: In cases where the booked vehicle becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a replacement vehicle. If the replacement is not acceptable to you, a full refund of the advance payment will be issued.

2. Cancellations by the Customer

Customer-Initiated Cancellations: If the customer cancels the booking, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total booking amount will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

Refund Timeline: For cancellations eligible for a refund, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.

3. Service Cancellations by Rudra Luxury Car Rental

Unforeseen Circumstances: If we cannot provide the booked vehicle or a suitable replacement, we will issue a full refund of any payments made by the customer.

Driver-Initiated Cancellation: If the driver cancels the service due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions (e.g., unsafe requests, overloading, or inappropriate behavior), no refund will be provided.

4. Refund Process

Refund Requests: Refunds are processed upon cancellation confirmation or failure to provide a replacement vehicle, as applicable.

Refund Timeline: Refunds will be initiated within 5 to 7 business days after the request is confirmed, minus any applicable cancellation fees.

Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. No-Show Policy

If the customer does not show up at the designated pickup location without prior cancellation, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.

6. Modifications to Refund Policy

Rudra Luxury Car Rental reserves the right to modify this refund policy. Any significant changes will be communicated.
